Almost identical to the Perform class but instead of strength work followed by conditioning, additional lifting/bodybuilding work will be completed after the strength portion. The strength work will follow the Perform class strength work and is meant to provide an alternative session for an athlete that may be feeling a little burnt out on conditioning work or just wants to get a little extra pump.
