This 6-week Olympic Weightlifting Course is open to members and non-members of ALL skill levels looking to advance their technique, strength, and knowledge in both the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

Classes will be held on Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Sundays from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. One day of additional programming will also be provided to be completed on your own throughout the week.

We are offering two levels of participation, $180 for FULL (12 classes) or $90 for HALF (6 classes), both prices include a t-shirt and access to all programming.

Kickoff meeting and first class is Thursday, February 9th at 5:30 pm.
