Run Club

Run Club is a 6-week course with two classes per week focused on improving your technical proficiency in sprinting as well as your overall work capacity. Over the course of the program, runners will learn about their stride rate and length (gait cycle analysis), learn how to decrease their ground contact time, and increase their explosive strength. Each week one class will be dedicated to mid-distance interval training (average 2-3 miles of running), while the second class will be dedicated to high intensity short sprinting.
